For each centre to run smoothly and effectively, consideration must be taken into account for the following
Rules And Regulations
Parents must always sign their child in, if they attend Before School Care.
Children must be present at roll call
Parents must notify the Centre Supervisor in advance if their child is going to be away. If you do not contact the Centre, then a non-notification fee will be charged.
Parents must tell the Centre Supervisor or Accounts Manager if your child is going to be away for an extended period of time, or 2 weeks notice given if they are going to leave the Centre.
Only the persons nominated on the enrolment form are authorised to collect a child, unless a parent contacts the Centre Supervisor to make other arrangements.
Persons under the age of 16 years are unable to drop off or pick up the child attending the Centre.
Children must stay within the school bounds at all times.
Children must abide by the Centre rules. Constant unacceptable behaviour may result in a child being excluded from the Centre
Children need to wear appropriate footwear at the centre
Casual bookings must be done a session before attending.
