How to enrol

Complete the enrolment form and all the required fields

Ensure you have attached the following;

A copy of the child's birth certificate

Immunisation History Statement (Found on your MyGov account)

Complete the mandatory Direct Debit Form and the Direct Debit Authorisation Form

Download the KT Connect app

Log in with your phone number or password. Wait for the generated code

Create bookings
For new enrolments with Cubby OOSH:

Check your email to complete registration

Visit MyFamilyLounge App and SIGN IN using email and password

Complete the form. Ensure you have filled out your direct debit details or completed a Direct Debit Form using the link
If you have a child previously or currently enrolled with Cubby OOSH:

Sign in to the MyFamilyLounge app

Do not register twice. Please use the email address already registered with CubbyOosh

Click on View Enrolment and make changes as needed. Click Submit

You can now select days and Submit. Alternatively, you can download the app to make a casual booking, notify of absences and submit a request to amend current bookings

Ensure your Direct Debit details are up to date. Please email info@cubbyoosh.com.au if you require assistance
